In Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church, spiritual gifts relating to the areas of teaching and discipleship are being used to contribute to the nurturing and development of the brethren. Regular learning classes (such as Sunday School, Doctrine Class) and one-time skill-specific trainings and seminars are done to better equip the brethren to be profitable Christians, not only within the Ekklesia, but in the society as well.
