Office and Administration (Pastor’s Office)
Composed primarily of full-time Church workers, the LBBC's Office Administration carries out designated functions necessary to fulfill the mandate commissioned by Jesus Christ. Each member of this ministry/staff has a specific space to fill in Church management, but their scope of work is ever encompassing and never limited, as in the corporate setting. This group works closely with the Pastor and is frequently called on by him to facilitate or administer specific ministry duties.
In-charge of documenting and archiving, this is a ministry created for the systematic gathering, filing, storage, preservation, retrieval and control of LBBC's audio-visual presentations, photos, memoirs, records and other valuable files.
Finance and Accounting
Putting into practice the biblical value of good stewardship, LBBC is careful in accurately and honestly recording and reporting its financial condition and position. This is made possible by the Finance & Accounting Ministry - a group of people tasked to keep records of receipts and disbursements, and provide financial reports of the same, not only for internal use but also for compliance with government standards and policies.
