Consistent with the mandate to bear one another’s burden in fulfillment of the law of Christ, the Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church endeavors to minister to the community through various programs that help alleviate the yoke of sectors of our communities who are in need.
Lighthouse Educational Assistance Program (LEAP)
The Lighthouse Educational Assistance Program (LEAP), which was established in 2006, is essentially a study-now-pay-later program with scholarship component for honor graduates. It is designed to help faithful and diligent students who are determined to graduate but are financially or economically distressed. By God's grace, the LEAP, which is funded by donations both from members and non-members of the church, and lately by the gradual re-payment of its graduates, is continuously producing quality graduates and board passers.
